Where does time go,my friends ?
Day in day out and here we are again ushering in a New Year ; almost counting down to 2015 and leaving behind every moment of sorrow or joy… We have to turn over a new leaf, make a gratitude list and focus only on our blessings and the joys that surround us …
I really feel happy and blessed that I have met some remarkable friends on the wonderful WordPress World and feel so close to them despite the distance that separates us.

There are also some pomegranates for you,which bring Good Luck for the New Year.Simply you spread their juicy and brightly coloured arils around your entrance door,just on the threshold of the New Year.The pomegranate tree is happily growing in our seaside garden,in Peloponnese.

Oh, do you ? They are all yours !
How come and you know their name ? They are made with this very special Scottish butter that we make shortbread and are sprinkled with rosewater,they are delicious ! Melomakarona and Diples are very pleasant too and honey makes them very luscious.

oh Doda, my partner of many years is Greek and he makes them for me!! My father was Italian from the south and “una faccia una razza” lol. I lived in Greece briefly years ago but speak the language poorly still!! My mother was Scottish and Irish- what a mix we are!! I love Greek food and culture and hope to get back there soon.
